Clementine Eloise

In case you missed the news, I’m so excited to introduce our newest addition!

Clementine Eloise Roberts

October 4th, 2016 1:06am

7lbs 1oz & 19 3/4″

Processed with Snapseed.

This past week has been amazing as we’ve gotten to know this precious dark haired baby. I’m trying to soak in every moment because the time really does go by too quickly. I’ve had to hold back tears when I think about her getting another day older (because those hormone changes are for real.)  I can’t wait to share some more pictures, along with the birth story, when I get a free moment (you know, because free moments come around quite a bit with 6 children.) In the meantime, you can find me over on instagram for some daily baby spam!

Thank you all for all your love, prayers, and congratulations as we welcomed this beautiful baby girl into our family!

Hi Jessica! I stumbled across your blog through Instagram… anyway, you are awesome! I love to see that there are still people out there who are open to the idea of having more than 1 or maybe 2 kids. Your kids may be close in age and your hands may be full now. But the older they get the more things they can do for themselves and the more they can help you! I’m quite certain you will never regret it. And growing up with siblings close to your age is so much fun! I speak from experience on having siblings close to my age…I have six siblings. The first six of us were born in a time frame of 11 years. And seven years after number six was born number seven came along! We are now all teenagers or older except the youngest of us and we have so much fun together! My mom says she didn’t regret a thing. All that to say… God bless you and your family and give you and your husband much wisdom and grace as you raise your little ones! ❤

Thank you for writing and for your sweet words, Ruth! I always love to hear from others who grew up in big families. It is a bit of work now as they are little (and I do love it and I’m not wishing the time away!) but I do look forward to seeing how their relationships develop over the years. We are very blessed to have all these children 🙂
